Here is a presentation of the Chef of Free Spirit, Christophe, and his gourmet cuisine on Free Spirit.
After several years as a chef in cinematographic universe, at the service of Mr Bruce Willis during his stay in Europe, and a career in several well known establishments, Christophe decided to put his experience and his know-how in the world of yachting.
Trained by chef Thibauld Deltour (Maxim’s) and Alexandre Demard (Executive Chef at X2 Chiang Mai, two times starred), from whom he took over the position of Chef in his Cannes establishment.
His cuisine is international, full of know-how in full respect for the products and the flavors.
Very attentive to customer preferences, they will appreciate a real chef's cuisine, made with simple and good quality products.

He is also a freediving instructor, and will take care of taking you ashore with the tender as well as making you part of his passion for trolling!
